The specific type of Play enjoyed and shared by Penelope & Trev is best experienced through music and has a flowing, meditative component. It will also encourage you to let go and not take life so seriously for a while.

Some of the delights to be discovered through Play include;
The power of Letting Go
Humans tend to hold on to things, both at a physical and emotional level. This can cause discomfort and promote fears. Letting go is where Play and Yoga collide. Yoga is a delicate balance between holding on and letting go. Sometimes, in order to achieve balance, it’s necessary to go beyond the centre point of balance, completely let go and find your Flow. Balance changes from moment to moment and learning to move along the continuum can help in the quest for a balanced life.
When you engage in practices that use both sides of your brain, you stimulate the corpus callosum, which is responsible for coordination between the two brain hemispheres.
Many of us tend to use our critical mind more than our creative mind. Practice makes perfect, and we tend to become better at critical thinking whilst our creative talents move towards decay. Regular engagement in playful activities can stimulate creativity you didn’t know you had.
Positive impact on Mood
The simple act of smiling can put you in a better mood. When you let go & just play, you’ll be laughing at yourself constantly. That’s bound to improve your mood.
As with Yoga practices, physical fitness is a by-product. You’ll be having so much fun you won’t realise you’re also improving your fitness.
It’s great to share play with friends, it’s also a great way to meet new friends and share a positive healthy activity. Social interaction is an important component of life. It’s great to share positive experiences with friends and equally important that we have people to help us out in more difficult times.
We like to bring like-minded people together to share their gift and create opportunities for collaboration, fun and learning within our foundation principles of Ahimsa (non-harming), Satya (truthfulness), and Karuna (compassion) We encourage contributions based on your special talent.
